By using Sprite Locker, you agree to these Terms. If you make a supporter donation, the Supporter section below contains terms that are especially relevant before you donate.
Sprite Locker is an unofficial fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite and all related characters, names, and marks belong to their respective owners.
Your use of Sprite Locker is also governed by our Privacy Policy .
In these Terms:
Sprite Locker provides a free, unofficial checklist for Fortnite sprites, together with an optional trading feature that helps players find other players interested in trading.
The checklist can be used without creating an account.
The trading feature introduces players to each other by matching offers. Sprite Locker does not conduct trades, hold items, or act as an intermediary between players.
When you use trading, Sprite Locker helps you find another player and shows each player the other's Epic display name.
The actual trade happens entirely inside Fortnite between you and the other player. Sprite Locker is not a party to the trade.
We cannot:
You are responsible for deciding whether you want to trade with another player.
Sprite Locker may display reputation information based on reports and reviews submitted by players.
These records are intended to help users make informed decisions. They are not a guarantee that another player is trustworthy, and a clean record does not mean that a player cannot act dishonestly.
Reviews may be moderated or removed where we believe they are false, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise violate these Terms.
The decision to trade remains yours alone.
The checklist is available to anyone.
To use trading features, sign in, or make a supporter donation, you must be at least 13 years old.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use these features, including permission for any donation made using a payment method they authorise.

We will review the situation and, where appropriate, refund the donation and disable or remove the account.
This does not replace or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Signing in is optional.
If you create or access an account, you are responsible for keeping your linked Epic Games and Discord accounts secure.
Anyone who gains access to your login credentials or linked accounts may be able to act as you through Sprite Locker.
Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

We may remove content, remove reviews, restrict access, or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Suspension may be temporary or permanent depending on the circumstances.
If an action affects you and you believe we made a mistake, contact us at billing @ spritelocker.com. A person will review the matter.
A supporter donation is a one-time, voluntary payment that helps keep Sprite Locker running and free of advertising.
We are not selling a product. In return for a donation we grant the donating account Supporter status, which is access to the benefits listed below.
It is not a subscription. Nothing renews automatically, and no recurring payments are taken.

Supporters are placed ahead of non-supporters in the matching queue and may be matched using a wider range of suitable offers sooner.
This affects how quickly you may find a match.
It does not:
Supporters can choose to store their checklist on their account so it follows them between devices.
Collection sync is optional.
If you have linked your Discord account and are a member of the Sprite Locker Discord server, you may receive a supporter role.
We may improve, replace, or discontinue individual Supporter features.
If we make a significant reduction to the core benefits granted with Supporter status, we will announce this on the website.
We may stop accepting supporter donations at any time.
Doing so does not affect accounts that already hold Supporter status unless otherwise stated.
Donations are processed by Stripe.
Sprite Locker does not receive, store, or have access to your full payment card details.
Because benefits are granted in return, the amount shown includes VAT where required by applicable law — a donation that carries benefits is not treated as a tax-free gift.
Any taxes required before you donate will be shown during checkout.
Sprite Locker is not a registered charity, and a supporter donation is not tax-deductible.
A supporter donation grants access immediately after payment.
At checkout, you are asked to confirm that:

Supporter donations are therefore normally non-refundable.

You can delete your account at any time through your data page .
Deleting your account:
If you hold Supporter status and simply want to stop using Sprite Locker, consider signing out instead of deleting your account.
Deleting your account does not remove every record associated with your use of Sprite Locker.
Some information may be retained where necessary to:
This includes trade and review records connected to Epic display names.
The reason these records are retained is that they form the basis of the reputation system. Removing them on request would allow users to erase warnings about previous fraudulent behaviour.

Sprite Locker, including its software, design, branding, logos, and original content, belongs to Formframe ApS or its licensors.
You may use Sprite Locker for its intended purpose, but you may not:
Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of Sprite Locker or its underlying technology.
Sprite Locker relies on third-party services to provide certain features.
These may include:
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We work to keep Sprite Locker available, accurate, and useful.
However, we do not promise that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Formframe ApS is not responsible for losses arising from use of Sprite Locker.
This includes, without limitation:
Temporary interruptions do not extend or compensate supporter benefits.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may suspend or terminate access to Sprite Locker where reasonably necessary, including where:
Where appropriate, we may give notice before taking action.
However, we may act immediately where necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
Termination or suspension due to your violation of these Terms does not create a right to a refund.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The date at the top of this page will change when updates are made.
If changes are significant, we will announce them on the website.
By continuing to use Sprite Locker after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the new version.
If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the service.
If you already hold Supporter status, updated Terms apply to your continued use of Sprite Locker, but do not remove benefits already granted to you. Significant reductions to those benefits are covered by the Supporter section above.
These Terms are governed by Danish law.
The courts of Denmark have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the European Union, this does not remove protections that apply to you under the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.
